āEvery problem has a solution, me and my team just need to find the right one for each obstacle we encounter,ā says Meera Aravind, Product Owner for simulation tests within autonomous trucks at Ņā“óĄū³¬¼° , SƶdertƤlje.
When she started at Ņā“óĄū³¬¼° software wasnāt as much of a priority as it is today. āBack then, Ņā“óĄū³¬¼° was more of a traditional truck company ā but now software development is really the core of everything we doā, Meera continuous.

Iāve been at Ņā“óĄū³¬¼° for seven years now and I canāt think of myself working somewhere else right now. I feel at home here! Since day one Iāve felt that I have the chance to progress in my career and have full support of my managers and my team.

R&D is all about creating what the customers need and want ā in the future. But making sure we do it the right way: prioritizing both the technical side of it as well as finding the right balance of the product before commercializing it.

Being a new area of expertise Ņā“óĄū³¬¼° needs to define what qualifies as a successful autonomous vehicle before launching it to the market ā safety of course being a top priority. āThere is no blue print to follow in this area, we need to define and execute what will be a top level product. I canāt imagine a more challenging and rewarding assignment. Thatās why I truly love my work!ā Meera finishes with a smile.
