A Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° ID is your personal account to access all of Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° ’s digital services. It can be used to access the Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° Driver app as well as our digital fleet management services in the My Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° customer platform. Your Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° ID needs to be connected to a company or fleet account in order to give you access to all relevant information.
Ask your transport administrator to add you to the correct company and fleet account. You can either receive a link to a sign-up form by email or you can get an invitation code that you submit. Follow the inscriptions/steps to create Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° ID and to connect to company account. You can also create a Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° ID on your own here, but it needs to be connected to a company in order to use it.
For your company to make full use of Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° ’s digital services, you need an administrator role with a Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° ID in your company. If you don’t already have an administrator within your company, contact your local Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° representative or digitalsupport@scania.com and we will help you to create an administrator role for your company.
In short, yes. To use My Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° and Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° ’s digital services your Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° ID needs to be connected to a company/fleet account. The mobile apps Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° Driver and Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° Fleet uses the same Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° ID credentials to log in.
When logging in, some users can be redirected back to the start page. This can happen if you are not currently connected to a company or fleet account. Ask your fleet administrator to send an invite to your registered email. If your administrator needs help to create an invitation, they can always reach out to digitalsupport@scania.com and they can help.
Your Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° ID credentials are managed within My Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° . When you are logged in, you can click on your profile picture to see and manage your settings. You can access your profile from My Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° or directly from the Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° Driver app.
