“Being allowed to fail creates an environment where everyone is more willing to take on responsibilities”
Sinchana Kallesara divides her work at between two roles: Developer and Scrum Master within Autonomous Vehicles. But she says that coping with two roles is not a problem. “Being able to combine being a Scrum Master with also being a Developer is great for my sense of perspective. I get to see both sides of our work, and it makes me better in both roles.”
After gaining a bachelor's degree in information science, Sinchana started her career as a Developer in India, before moving to Sweden. “The Swedish work culture is something I really appreciate, where work-life balance and well-being of employees are priorities. In addition, I value the continuous dialogue about the next step of one’s career here at . Being able to discuss your wants and needs openly to make that next career step possible is inspiring and a motivation to keep striving.”
Sinchana has been working at for just over two years. “My team have a lot of fun together," she says. "I’d say we have the opposite of blame culture, and we make sure to help each other. I’m convinced our team spirit is a key ingredient in our results.”
