In July 2024, ����������� Financial Services welcomed Karima Haji as its new Managing Director – although, Karima is no stranger to the ����������� family, having previously been the Transformation Director at ����������� Great Britain since 2021.

Karima’s extensive experience includes senior roles at Volkswagen Group, Volkswagen Financial Services, White Clarke Group (now Solifi) and Mercedes Benz Finance, where she focused on customer strategy.

Karima’s career has been defined by her ability to drive business forward with technology and a keen entrepreneurial spirit. She’s passionate about developing products and services for customers and is seen by business insiders as an innovator with a strong strategic outlook.

Speaking at the time of her appointment, Karima said: “As a business we have a ‘Customer First’ approach. My goal, together with the leadership team, is to continue to deliver exceptional customer service every time. That means predicting the needs of our customers so that we can exceed their expectations and, in doing so, ensuring we deliver seamless support across all touchpoints.
