Safety must be something we do as matter of course in our daily operations. Whatever role we are in, we should work safely by minimizing risks to ourselves and our colleagues. We do not delegate our responsibility for Health & Safety – we are all equally responsible and accountable. Our Health & Safety policy will be reviewed on an annual basis to ensure it addresses the main issues we have identified across our business, which necessitate the implementation of suitable and adequate controls. It will be available to all employees and interested parties."

When decisions need to be made, we will first consider these principles and the Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° Values.ÌýIf any are compromised, we will reassess our decisions.
4. Positive health and safety behaviours are recognized and celebrated
Spotted something wrong? We will recognise the efforts of those who pro-actively reduceÌýrisks, creating a safer working environment for everyone.
5. We continually learn from our experiences to improve our approach to health & safety
Continual learning is key. All safety measures, including audits, will undergo regular reviewsÌýso we can learn from them and share best practice throughout the business, reducing andÌýcontrolling risks.Ìý
6. We report, investigate and resolve unsafe conditions and behaviours
All incidents should be reported, so we can understand and find solutions, preventingÌýfuture accidents.Ìý
7. We consistently demonstrate personal ownership and accountability for safety through our actions & behaviours
As a Òâ´óÀû³¬¼‰° employee, you have the right to challenge anyone who is not adhering to ourÌýsafety rules.
8. Do the right thing
Never take a health & safety shortcut to complete a job more quickly or to meet a deadline.ÌýDo the right thing, even when no one is watching. Refer to principle 1.
